Very tasty, extensive breakfast, you can also have something specially prepared. Taxis are called quickly and easily. We needed an extra bed, this was done prombt and unproplematisch. The Gran Plaza is a huge building, but we always feel very well and personally looked after.

We had an amazing time as a couple at this urban hotel. The location was perfect, with a beautiful beach right in front and a bustling Acapulco street on the other side. We loved the convenient proximity to the casino as well. The bar exceeded our expectations, serving top-notch drinks that outshone other 5-star hotels in the area. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The service was satisfactory, and the breakfast provided a decent start to our day. The view from our room was breathtaking, with a small island of rocks just 200 meters away from the shore.
The food options at the hotel were limited, which was a downside.

The location of the hotel is very close to a lot of restaurants, night clubs and shopping.
The only problem I had was that the ice machine wasn't working since the day I arrived to the day I left..had to go up or down different floors to get the ice
